Bruno Aeschlimann
Bruno Aeschlimann is managing partner and has been with Acton since 2011. He is a certified fiduciary expert, licensed audit expert and has completed the MAS FH in MWST/VAT LL.M and the CAS FH in business succession. In addition, he has been President of the Zug Association of Fiduciaries since 2012 and is a member of various working groups of the Zug Chambers of Commerce and the Canton of Zug.
He previously worked for internationally oriented trust and auditing companies in Zurich, Zug and Lucerne.

Patrick Hediger
Patrick Hediger has headed the audit department of Acton since 2017. He is a business economist, certified public accountant and licensed audit expert. Before joining Acton, he worked for several consulting firms in Zurich as an auditor and trustee. He brings extensive experience in auditing and consulting national and international companies. His main focus is in the areas of auditing, accounting and taxation.
Martin Wihler
Martin Wihler has been working at Acton since 2014 and is head of the fiduciary department. He is a certified fiduciary expert, a fiduciary with a federal certificate, and a certified audit expert. Prior to that, he worked as a fiduciary for a larger fiduciary company in Zug. With his broad know-how, he provides comprehensive services to SMEs and private clients. His focus is on bookkeeping, accounting, salary administration and taxes.
Nicole Habermacher
Nicole Habermacher is a business economist FH, certified accountant and licensed audit expert. She worked for various companies as an auditor and trustee in Zurich and Zug. Nicole brings several years of experience in the areas of examinations and ordinary audits, accounting and direct taxes for individuals as well as legal entities.
Eldin Softic
Eldin Softic is a business economist FH, certified auditor and licensed audit expert. He previously worked as an auditor at one of Switzerland's leading consulting firms. He has extensive experience in auditing and advising medium-sized and large companies. He specializes in auditing and accounting.
Ralph Hort
Ralph Hort is a certified fiduciary expert and fiduciary with federal FA. He brings with him over 30 years of fiduciary experience. He previously worked for national and international trust companies in Zurich and Zug. During these activities, he gained experience in the areas of company formation, accounting, financial statements advice, direct and indirect taxes for natural and legal persons, human resources, reporting, general questions about corporate management and marriage/inheritance law advice.
Fabio Muzzi
Fabio Muzzi brings many years of experience in the comprehensive support of SMEs. His focus is on financial statements and tax consulting. He worked for various nationally and internationally oriented consulting companies in Central Switzerland and headed the trust and tax department of a Zug trust company for several years.
